Crazy 8's BBQ

Crazy 8’s started with a homemade BBQ sauce, a love for good food, and a dream of building something our family could be proud of. What began as a sauce recipe perfected over more than a decade grew into Crazy 8’s BBQ & Food Truck in 2023 and eventually Crazy 8’s Grill in Casey, Illinois.

Today, Crazy 8’s is more than a restaurant. We’ve expanded our line of signature BBQ sauces and seasonings so people can bring a little bit of Crazy 8’s flavor home with them. Our products are made for real food and real families—whether you’re smoking a brisket, grilling chicken, seasoning burgers, making wings, or just looking for a sauce that makes dinner better.


As a family-owned small business, we’re incredibly proud of how Crazy 8’s has grown, but we haven’t forgotten where it started. Our community supported our family through some of the hardest moments of our lives, and that experience became a big part of why giving back and supporting the communities around us remains so important to our business.
